Connor's Crew
Connor’s Crew was started back in 2021 when Connor was diagnosed with a rare genetic syndrome known as Rubinstein Taybi Syndrome. He was born with a few differences, feeding difficulties, surgeries and developmental delays. He was not diagnosed until he was almost 2 years old, and until then we questioned a lot. Our world was turned in ways we never knew existed, but we were determined to learn as much as we could about this unexpected journey.

We have joined hands as a chapter of the Mal's Pals Foundation to support their mission of raising awareness about rare disease. Through this partnership we plan to host events where people can donate to Mal's Pals where those donations will be used to support causes near and dear to Connor's Crew.

RTS is a rare genetic syndrome that occurs in 1 in 125,000 individuals. Those with RTS have an intellectual disability along with both growth and developmental delays. Some have many medical issues but all unique in their own ways. Through this we decided to raise awareness about RTS and all those with rare diseases.

During the first few years, Bill and Sarah (Connor's parents) navigated through many unknowns and challenges with Connor. The family took various trips to doctors and specialists to find ways to support the challenges Connor faces.
